Zoom Media produces the official video for the Quebec week of intellectual disabilities 2019

Posted 2019-03-20

It was Zoom Media’s inclusive team that prepared the content, filmed the video clip and edited it, accompanied by the Approprimage team.

With a view to inclusive and participatory production of its annual short video for the Semaine québécoise de la déficience intellectuelle, the Quebec Intellectual Disability Society wanted to highlight the talent and potential of people with an intellectual disability by placing them at the heart of the video’s production. The video was therefore produced by the team from Approprimage and L’Arche Joliette’s Zoom Media team. Zoom Media allows adults living with an intellectual disability to use professional communication tools to share their story and beauty in unexpected places. It was this inclusive team that prepared the content, filmed the video clip and edited it – accompanied by the Approprimage team – after a three-day training session with the participants.
