Terence Downey

Dr. Terence Downey is former Chair of the Department of Political Science, University of Waterloo, President Emeritus of St. Mary’s University, Calgary, and is currently President, St. Thomas More College, University of Saskatchewan. He was an active Board member of L’Arche Canada. He is a member of the Fundraising committee of L’Arche Canada Foundation.

Lauren Alexander

Lauren is the Director of Finance of Develop Nova Scotia and she’s a member of the Investment Committee of L’Arche Canada Foundation.

Joseph Reynaud

Officer

Joseph Reynaud is a partner in the law firm of Stikeman Elliott, specializing in insolvency and litigation. He has grown up with L’Arche and his father was a Community Leader in France and Canada. Before assuming his current position, Joseph was a board member of L’Arche Montreal. He is an active Board member of L’Arche Canada. He is a member of the Fundraising committee of L’Arche Canada Foundation.

John Rietschlin

Officer

John has been a member of boards at the local, regional or national levels of L’Arche in Canada for more than 25 years. He has been on the L’Arche Canada board since 2007 and became board chair in 2013. He is a member of the Fundraising committee of L’Arche Canada Foundation.

Paul Vogel

Officer

Paul is a retired lawyer after being a founding partner with the Ontario law firm of Cohen Highley LLP. He and his wife, Joan, met at L’Arche in Trosly and were founding members of the L’Arche London Board. He is an active Board member of L’Arche Canada the chair of the Investment Committee of L’Arche Canada Foundation.
